Truth Behind Sir Sean Connery's Prescription Eyeglasses

Truth Behind Sir Sean Connery's Prescription Eyeglasses

Renowned Hollywood actor, Sir Sean Connery has recently become embroiled in a controversy concerning his alleged links to criminal activities including fraud and embezzlement, which took play in 1999 while his house was being sold. The house was subsequently demolished in order to make room for a suite of luxury apartments. The case in question has been given the nickname “Goldfinger”, a reference to the 1964 James Bond film in which Connery played the leading role. Although in his senior years, Sir Sean is very much the epitome of style in his fashionable spectacles. The actor has frequently been photographed in a pair of colored frame, square glasses that are now selling out widely thanks to prescription eyeglasses wearers who wish to emulate the style of the legendary Hollywood star.

The same style of eyewear is also available to wearers of bifocal glasses. In context with the case, Connery has consistently denied any wrongdoing on his part and has also distanced himself from any association with the corrupt mayors and officials who were also accused of committing various acts of fraud. Amid this controversy it is alleged that the actor and his wife were even threatened with international arrest warrants last May although the reason for it is not known.
